About AE Therapy

I am Agathe, a Utrecht-based psychologist, and member of the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (NIP). I have experience working with private practice and the Dutch Mental Health Care System (GGZ). I offer individual therapy in French and English to expats and students. Sessions can take place in person or online. My approach is integrative. I use EMDR and techniques derived from CBT, Schema Therapy, attachment theory, and ACT.
