Before starting WhiteRabbit Wouter worked for 5 years at Deloitte. In The Netherlands, but also on Regional level within EMEA. As Innovation Manager and Lab manager Wouter helped to trace, grow and execute innovation power. He has not stopped doing so ever since. In his role as senior strategist with WhiteRabbit Wouter continuous to design and deliver strategy & change workshops.

Wouter studied Political Science at the University of Amsterdam, is President of the International Nacra Class Association and competes in international sailing competitions.
