Hi! My name is Dina Karagic, I am a Certified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, wife and a mum of a 3 year old boy. ⁣ Inspired by my own healing journey and wanting to help other women like me, I founded TERRA Nutrition & Wellness as a need to redefine and rediscover nourishment in all aspects of life. There is a lot of misunderstanding out there between food and nutrition. Not all food is nutrition and not all what nourishes us is food.⁣ ⁣ I use the holistic and functional medicine approach to nutrition, in order to bridge the gap between what we eat, how we treat our bodies and how our bodies are connected to our minds and souls. ⁣ In my practise, I strive for the most wholesome, bioavailable and individually tailored Nutrition & Lifestyle plans suited best to your current phase of life. Whether you are a business woman climbing up the career ladder, mompreneur, planning to start a family, pregnant or a nurturing mother.
