Wisely chosen, it provides us not only with the raw materials to produce energy; it also helps repair, heal and regenerate new cells and tissues, and is essential for various biological activities. Having spent many years learning about food and harvesting my own organic produce in countries far and wide, from my native Scotland, to Sri Lanka and far East Russia, I developed a deep passion to understand more about the interplay between body systems, food, environment, genetics, and physiological processes. My nutritional therapy studies have further compounded this knowledge and have supported me facilitating nutritional workshops in various professional contexts.
