Targets2Reach is the Knowledge Institute for Modern Leadership and Conflictmanagement. Specialized in the optimalization of teams by focusing on the culture of leadership within the teams. The aim is to reduce sick leave as a consequence of negative behavior on the work floor.

This negative behavior can be shown by colleagues in a team or by managers who are leading the team.

From different angles the team will be observed and evaluated. In what way is the team operating now, and which results will be realized in the future? The way the team is operating now will be evaluated with a tool to analyze the way leadership is performed. This tool is called LeadershipScan.

When the functioning of the team and the leadership are analyzed, a tailor-made educational program will be developed for the team and the management. This educational program will be executed in 5 days, and at the end of the program, team members and management will have insight into their own development and the process of how the team can grow. These insights will help the team to grow on an individual level as well as on the team level. The lessons learned in the 5-day program will be applied on the work floor throughout daily work. The aim is to reduce sick leave within teams and improve the effectivity of teams by advising the management.
