PresenceAtWork offers a clear and tested road map to support organisations on their collective leadership journey. We have specialised in developing and implementing this pioneering approach to people transformation in organisations since 2010. While there are many ways to transform an organisation, the most fundamental aspect is the people. That is where we focus: developing your people, creating awareness and raising consciousness through experiential learning in a safe environment.
