:Interim Management: Providing flexible capacity or managing change or transformation programs or other project based activities. Achieving set goals is of course a given. At the same time increasing the learning ability of the team, where problems are seen as an opportunity to improve, is what I love to drive.

:Lean: Continuous improvement of the performance showing higher customer satisfaction rates, improved business results and inspired employees reflects what the Lean philosophy means to me. As certified Lean Green Belt, I support with the implementation of Lean in your organisation.

:Coaching: Changes occur at an increasing rate and often do not progress without any issue. Employees are not always able to follow. There might be obstacles; something is holding them back. As a coach I support your employees to address that what is holding them back and to strengthen what already stimulates. As such working towards realisation of the employee's coach objectives.
