1. Organisational Transformation: Drawing from my 20 years experience with many clients and extensive desk-research, I consult and advise on transformation programs, particularly when it comes to behavioural changes. The objective is to ensure quickly a critical mass of buy-in and enthusiasm throughout all layers of the organisation for the transformative effort and to trigger an adaptive mindset "we are all learners in creating the new future, and we will help each other and our people to make it a success". While doing this, I put a lot of emphasis towards building internal capability, involving change agents and HR in the design and delivery.

2. Top Team Effectiveness Journeys: I design and facilitate journeys to create high-performing teams and healthy organisations. In interviews with the leader, team members and key stakeholders, as well as with the help of a team effectiveness survey, I start by making a diagnostic. By observing the team in action, doing real work, I help identifying patterns - productive and less productive. I facilitate a systemic approach, as top teams operate in a broader context and create a plan to improve on the points that deserve attention. The delivery can take different forms: multiple days offsite, leadership conference, workshops on capability building, facilitated dialogue. In these journeys, I work on the tension between the needs for performance improvement and ways to reinforce the human side of work - compassion, inclusion, fairness, well-being.

3. Executive Coaching: As a certified coach at PCC level from ICF and a certified HOGAN assessor among other certifications, I partner with Executives on their challenges. By encouraging self-awareness and an understanding of the common obstacles at work, I help my clients to acquire new lenses and move into mindful actions. My approach integrates both the macro and micro focuses, a holistic systemic coaching with a psychodynamic orientation.
