sprucey is a holistic wellbeing practice operating at the intersection of movement, creativity, and support.

sprucey exists to create safe, steady, and inclusive spaces to slow down, connect to the present, and feel.

through safety and presence, slowness becomes possible, and from there, feeling can return. this is a grounded place to meet yourself where you're at.

healing often happens quietly and in small moments. through movement, touch, journaling, stillness, stopping to smell the roses, and sometimes a really good cookie.
