Springboard is a brand strategy studio for established founder-led businesses that have evolved beyond the strategic direction that previously served them.

The business may have grown into new products, markets, channels or ambitions. More people are involved in shaping what comes next. What once felt clear and instinctive can become open to different interpretations.

Springboard helps founders and the people around them make sense of that change, decide what should remain central, what needs to evolve and create one shared direction the business can build from.

The work often begins before a new website, identity or major communication project. Before changing how the business looks or sounds, we clarify the decisions underneath it.

Depending on what is already clear, Springboard supports:

A common starting point is the Brand Check-In: a focused strategic engagement designed to establish a shared picture of where the business stands, identify the decisions that matter and determine the strongest next move.

Springboard also works with selected clients over time, helping an agreed direction remain useful as the business and its communication continue to evolve.

Founded by Jessica Paulus, Springboard is based in the Netherlands and works internationally.
