Spring Associates, founded in 2005, is one of Europe's first strategy advisory boutiques focused on sustainability and energy transition. Building on the firm’s vision and reputation, and upholding its quality standards, Spring has evolved into a collective of experts, supporting companies and investors across Europe on sustainability-driven growth and transition strategies, compliance, transactions and business development.

We stand out by offering a team of only senior consultants, providing clients with significantly more experience for their investment compared to traditional consulting firms. Our minimal overhead costs allow us to offer competitive fees while delivering top-tier expertise. Our consultants typically work independently or, when needed, in small teams, allowing full integration with the client’s in-house team. We found that this model fosters productivity and flexibility, ensuring a tailored approach, more effective engagement and outcomes and maximal alignment with our clients´ objectives.
