As a Professional Athlete and a member of the Netherlands National Softball Team I have gained determination and skill. I have also played and studied in America for 6 years. I have combined my experience of working as a Personal Trainer with the passion for sports and health. For more than 15 years I have been dedicated to the sport and health from areas all around the world. This is why I have all the skills and knowledge that I need to make you the best version of yourself. My strengths are that I’m passionate about anything I put my energy in. I’m a true hard worker, and it’s almost impossible for me to give up on anything I am determined to achieve. What makes me enjoy training others is seeing them getting the best out of themselves, and also leaving the gym with a smile on their faces, telling me that they feel one step closer to reaching their goals. Their positive attitude and effort that they put in doesn’t only motivates me but also shows that my clients trust me and our progress together. I strive to make our training sessions as fun and as enjoyable as possible while keeping them effective and productive. Your journey towards reaching your goals will take you to your full potential, it will require effort and strength, but it will also be a satisfying and fulfilling process.
