Q-STAR Consulting is an independent consultancy company providing expert quality support to the regulated GxP industry. Coree Forman is the Owner and Principal Consultant within Q-STAR. Coree is an accomplished quality management professional with over 15 years’ experience in clinical and pharmacovigilance quality management, quality systems, computer systems, operations and project management, in and with CROs, biotechs, and medium and large pharma companies. Q-STAR Consulting provides advice and support in regards to all aspects of quality management. We cover the full range of quality management activities from risk management, process mapping and SOP writing, and auditing, to CAPA and deviation management. We can offer bespoke training, a complete redesign of your quality management system, routine audit support, and or whatever you need to ensure your company is operating at the highest quality standards. Based in Tilburg, the Netherlands, Q-STAR will travel worldwide upon request, to ensure your needs are met.
