Running my company I support individuals and organisations in communicating their true value to others (e.g. clients). Focussing always on both acknowledging and responding to the 'other's'​ needs and wishes. By providing training, coaching and consultancy I develop the skills, knowledge and understanding and motivation of my clients. Every kind of support I deliver is related to, and developed according to my own validated approach named Perception Engineering. Having multiple years of retail sales experience, a thorough understanding of direct communication and a drive to make people communicate actively and consciously, I enable clients to do so in all sorts of situations. I am specialised in improving verbal and nonverbal communication between people. I call this Direct Communication and involves aspects like Leadership and Management skills, Presenting, Training and (Retail) Sales.
