We specialize in systemic coaching for teams and individuals, fostering growth, collaboration, and transformation in an engaging and stimulating manner.

We utilize an Outside-In approach, starting by asking who the team is there to serve and understanding what their stakeholders need and want from them. This ensures that our coaching is always aligned with a common purpose and stakeholder expectations.

Additionally, our Future-Back approach focuses on what current and ‘not-yet’ customers will need differently from the team in the future. By envisioning this desired future state and working backwards, we identify the steps needed to address the challenges of the future. This method ensures that our coaching is always forward-thinking and responsive to emerging needs.

Per SE Coaching also provides guidance to foreign students aspiring to study in the Netherlands or any other country, offering support throughout the entire application process abroad
