I am trilled to support you and have the experience to do so.

My coaching approach is based on the believe that the client(=you) has the answers to the questions. The role of the coach is to help finding a broader perspective, actions/exercises and answers. With this approach the solutions found will stick and are embraced by definition which will increase quality and speed of the success of the coaching demand of the client (=you). Coach can give advice and/or suggestions as a result of a coaching session; I call this mentoring. This can be at the end of each session on your request. So the coaching session is focused on applying the coaching approach.

I have a experience in coaching about; enterpreneur ship, business dilemma's, cooperating with colleagues/stakeholders/employees, scaling up and carreer steps. My business back ground is public on LinkedIn (linkedin.com/in/marc-peeters-b7b815)

How does is work:

Step 1: contact me via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Phone or mail

Step 2: we have a first (free of charge) connection

Step 3: we agree on the coaching agreement

Step 4: we start the sessions of around 50 minutes each. it is deepening on the topics how much sessions we need (average less then 8 sessions).

Sessions can be done via phone (voice only), Skype/facetime (or other means that enable us to talk, see each other and share) and face2face. I will support the sessions with tools, videos, books, experience and homework when and if needed and applicable to your coaching questions.
