Over nvisible.studio

In my work as an independent filmmaker, cinematographer and visual artist (NVISIBLE.STUDIO), I strive to foster sensibilities beyond default perceptions of reality. Arriving from an industrial design background, I turned to cinema as a means to engage with the complexity, interconnectedness and intensity of embodied, lived experiences. Drawing these two fields together, I’m drawn towards exploring ways in which designed systems, infrastructures and interfaces interact with us in ‘affective’ and preconscious ways.

With a collaborative- and industrial design master at the Aalto University in Helsinki, I graduated with a second degree in fine arts and film at the Sandberg Institute in 2019. Alumni of the Jan van Eyck academy (2021) and FilmForward (2021), I’m currently enrolled at Stimuleringsfonds’ Talent Development programme (2021-2022). I’m part of the world-building research duo Liminal Vision and based in Amsterdam.
