I founded Mind Body Flow coaching because I know how important it is to be in balance. Balance between mind and body for me means unity in who I am; fully embracing myself. I have learned to listen not only to what my mind is telling me, but also to my body. And to be able to trust the cooperation between these two.

My name is Petra and I coach (young) professionals on personal and career development. This is about managing yourself and achieving goals by fully using your own qualities and talents. With as a basis getting to know and accept yourself.

I have personally experienced the added value of getting to know yourself better through specific exercises, reflection and inspiring questions. In combination with a coach who holds up a mirror to you with the right intention. And then to turn this into concrete steps and goals to work towards. That gives you something to hold on to, a goal.

I have developed programs that will help you with your issue with, of course, room to zoom in on your specific situation. This combination shows that you are not the only one with these issues and that there is also personal attention for you as an unique person.

In the carefully composed programs there are focused exercises, inspiring questions and you will also be held up to a mirror. I am open and honest, empathic and also discuss tense topics. I am result-oriented and therefore like to work with a goal in hand.

My style of coaching is involved, analytical, positive and sincere. As a coach I walk with you in your search for answers and insights, until the moment that you can do it yourself again. I help you get back in action mode, when that seems impossible.
