Over Bloem Therapie en Coaching

In 2022 I decided to create a more personal space to focus my developing image of what I can offer as a therapist. This lead me to start Bloem Therapie en Coaching, a therapy practice offering individual therapy and coaching sessions, combining the lessons and tools I have gathered so far. My approach is client centered, drawing on the humanistic perspective of a persons life, and integrating elements of schema-focused therapy, mentalization based therapy, and holistic lifestyle adjustments with attention for balance in daily life and making room to thrive. This space is the amalgamation of my passions and attitude towards the role therapy and person development can offer both the individual and their environment.
