Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built my experience in engineering, mentoring, and leadership roles across multinational companies. I’ve worked in diverse areas, including R&D, process development, product development, software engineering, and off-site projects. Throughout this journey, I’ve collaborated with people from many different cultures and backgrounds, learning from both successes and setbacks.
