With more than 20 years of international experience in Design Thinking, Service Design and innovation, I support companies in solving complex challenges, improving customer and employee experiences and developing the capabilities needed to thrive in an increasingly dynamic environment.

My work ranges from facilitating strategy and innovation workshops to leading service design projects, designing learning journeys and building innovation capabilities within teams and organizations.
