Hallo and welcome in my page! I'm Valeria, and the thing I love the most is to create! I am the heart and mind behind Io Amo Fatto a Mano since 2013, but being creative is in my DNA since... well... forever! I'm enjoying the process of writing the first of a series of books for the Happy Mood Project: it will focus on facilitating and enjoying well being and self-care through colours, emotions and crochet.

For you as a professional busy with your work and caring for your inner self, this Happy Mood Project book will guide you through the discovery and recognition of your emotions without judging them. It will bring your hand in action to create a unique object that will fix your memories in a colorful way. I love to call it practical wellness!
