I create art that speaks to the messy, raw, and human side of burnout recovery. Through painting and storytelling, I explore the exhaustion, the small victories, and the rediscovery of joy that comes with healing.

My own journey through burnout shaped how I see both life and creativity. For years, I worked in high-pressure corporate environments, witnessed burnout all around me, and eventually faced it myself. Picking up the brush again became a way to process my burnout and now it’s part of how I share recovery with others.

I use my work to remind people that rest, softness, and imperfection are part of what makes us whole. Every piece I create is both personal and universal, offering a reflection of what it feels like to lose yourself to burnout and slowly find your way back.

My goal is to use art as a tool for connection and healing, showing that recovery can be messy and inspiring at the same time.
