Yogastudio INTU YOGA offers a wide variety of classes and workshops, ranging from yin and yang yoga to Pilates and tai chi. Founder, Leen Kanis, completed her Yoga education at OmWest in Montreal, Canada and Arhanta Institute in India and is certificied 500-RYS instructor.

Besides regular classes INTU YOGA offers trainings and workshops with elements of yoga and mindfulness as part of personal development and leadership programs. INTU stands for intuition which means the deepest layer of wisdom everyone has inside of us. Nowadays many people, especially in a business environment live through their minds, using mainly the left side of the brain for logic and rational thinking. That can result in counterproductive thinking and behavioral patterns f.e. resulting in burn-out. Yoga and mindfulness can be great tools to observe and reflect upon those patterns through body and breath awareness as they directly reflect our emotional state. INTU YOGA offers standardized workshops and/or custom made programs that match your traineeship or personal development program.
