Over International Counseling

Whether you are a permanent resident or newly arrived, living outside your homeland might become too stressful at times. You may experience short-term stress, longer lasting psychological distress, or a need for change. Our international psychologists are on a mission to support you in finding the most appropriate means to counter your problems. We offer international expat counseling and therapy via e-mail, Skype or face-to-face in English, Russian, Dutch and Lithuanian. Our counseling targets: Stress - including work, unemployment, study, relationship, culture shock, uncertainty about the future, identity loss, loneliness, low self-esteem, or feeling "out of control". Psychological distress - including anxiety and panic attacks, low moods or depression, fatigue, or lasting sleep disturbances. Need for change - including learning the "how" of taking good care of yourself and feeling a greater sense of balance.
