I support expats online and in the Eindhoven/Veldhoven area, who want to feel more grounded, confident, and at home in themselves, no matter where in the world they live.

Many of my clients reach out because they’re navigating ongoing stress, job dissatisfaction, communication challenges, work–life imbalance, overload, or the constant pressure to cope and adapt.

Through embodied, psychology-informed coaching, I help individuals reconnect with their strengths, regulate their nervous systems, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach integrates mind and body, offering practical tools for clarity, emotional resilience, and everyday well-being.

Whether you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want to feel more like yourself again, I offer a calm and supportive space to explore, reset, and move forward with confidence.

My coaching style combines guided conversation with simple somatic (mind–body) tools such as breathwork, mindfulness, and body awareness. This means we don’t just talk about stress, self-doubt, or overwhelm; we also work with how these experiences live in the body, so change becomes real, lasting, and integrated.
