Over Fresh ADHD

Hi, I’m Calum, a teacher and certified neurodiversity coach and mentor who is passionate about supporting teachers and educators with ADHD. I am originally from the UK, but I now work and live in the Netherlands. My experience with neurodivergence has given me a clear understanding of the unique challenges many educators face, especially in demanding environments like the classroom.

Having walked the path myself, I understand the struggles that come with executive function challenges, overwhelm in the classroom, and the pressure of managing deadlines, student needs, and personal goals. These struggles are often magnified for neurodivergent educators, which is why I created Fresh ADHD Coaching—to provide neurodivergent educator support that is not only practical but also supportive, client-led, and goal-focused.
