My goal is to help people become the best version of themselves in both business and personal areas.

From 2000 to 2010 I worked in the hospitality industry in Zeeland, and as a result I have become very customer and service oriented. At the end of 2010 I made a career switch and, while following a marketing course, I ended up in international shipping, where within 5 years I grew from agency operator without any experience to Senior associate crew operations with a management function over the entire drivers staff.

In 2014 I became aware of the fact that I am an HSP (highly sensitive person) and have ADHD of a combined type. After further research into HSP, I embarked on a journey in which I have really got to know myself in recent years, and developed myself into the person I am today. Because of this journey I have started to see life differently and I have completely changed my own life.

I started to study techniques and came up with techniques that helped me to become the best version of myself, so I am fitter, more focused, more goal-oriented and found true happiness.

After these positive experiences I started to focus on the mental motivation of the people around me and after a number of successful cases I started my own company.
