B. Organizational effectiveness 1. Organizational design with regard to Governance, Structure, Performance Culture, Function Design. Design of the organization so that the responsibilities are clear, both within departments and for the departments themselves. The aim is to achieve good mutual cooperation in which the individual and both the departments can achieve optimal performance.

2. Employment Benefits In order to keep the terms of employment in line with the organization, good coordination with the organizational design is necessary. An internal and external benchmark are crucial here. This can be done with regard to the primary conditions such as salary, fixed and variable and the secondary conditions such as pension, insurance, etc.

C. Individual development (Performance Coaching 1-1) Coaching with the aim of personal growth and effectiveness, creating a better contribution to the organization.

D. Team development (Performance Coaching in group dynamics) Coaching with the aim creating a highly effective team that delivers a better contribution to the organization.
