I'm Annaleid a former elite athlete who knows a thing or two about transitioning from one world into another. Through my experience in transitioning from an elite athlete world into the normal world, I discovered the importance of setting realistic goals, creating routines, and implementing habits.

As a transformation coach, I support women in their journey transitioning from one world into another world. I'll also be sharing tips & tricks on feel-good beauty and empowering fashion. And share stories from other former elite athletes in my podcast The Normal World.
