Welcome to "Olympians' Diary"! ! I'm Reina-Flor Okori, a four-time Olympic athlete in the 100m hurdles, proudly representing both France and Equatorial Guinea. My journey in elite sports began with my Olympic debut in Athens in 2004, followed by Beijing in 2008, London in 2012, and Rio in 2016—just nine months after giving birth to my first child. As a ten-time champion of France and the only French-African athlete to compete in four consecutive Olympic Games, I've experienced the incredible journey of women Olympians firsthand. That’s why I’m excited to announce the launch of my new podcast, "Olympians' Diary"! This podcast celebrates inspiring women—athletes, mothers, and entrepreneurs—who motivate us every day.
