The Dutch tech sector is dominated by men: women make up only 18 percent of tech professions.

Coding is still a man's game. Women need to be involved from the start. The same goes for people of color. The few women in IT are mostly non-Black , middle-class women, who face different challenges than Black women. Zwarte vrouwen voor Technologie (ZVVT) plays a key role in addressing and helping to solve this imbalance.

ZVVT is a strategic partner for organizations investing in diverse talent, innovation, and a future-proof IT labor market. As the first and only Black organization in the Netherlands with a primary focus on training and retraining Black women for IT, it creates direct access to an underutilized talent pool.

ZVVT is transforming the tech sector by guiding Black women toward successful careers and entrepreneurship through education, mentorship, and networking. We offer a unique model of (re)training, talent matching, and investment opportunities. This is how we build a just, inclusive, and sustainable technological future.
