Stichting CICP is een stichting die in het leven is geroepen om evenementen te organiseren voor en door jongeren. Zomerjam is het grootste, jaarlijks terugkerende, evenement midden in de binnenstad van Leiden. Hier worden alle aspecten van de hedendaagse straatcultuur samen gebracht. Dans, Streetdance, Basketball, Skateboarding, Rap, Mc-Battles, Straatkunst, fotografie en film. Er is altijd plaats voor nieuwe initiatieven om jongeren mee kennis te laten maken.
