Yuneva is different: we lead operations both with flexibility and also a very ‘hands on’ approach. Globally we have successful delivered multiple projects within the Supply Chain, with specific expertise in Hi-Tech and FMCG verticals. We count projects for Black & Decker, Adidas, Harman Kardon, HP, Lexmark, Samsung, Microsoft and Bell amongst our successes, as well as with global 3PL providers.

Our focus is the evaluation and validation of logistic solutions, based on the correct information technology tools. This ‘bridge function’ delivers a unique option for our customers, leading to ‘on time and within budget’ implementations coupled with increased service levels and linked to reduced overall costs. This is supported by our in-house software development capability, which guarantees rapid solutions for process improvements. Our extensive inventory management experience with both OEM’s and 3PL’s gives us a powerful capability to improve the management and control of complex stock situations. Using customised applications that can be integrated with every ERP or WMS, we deliver, during live operations, the right information and solutions for enhanced inventory management. Our customers benefit from improved accuracy, better product availability and significantly reduced inventory values. Not only that, but we can dramatically reduce the high cost of actual physical inventories.

We execute our services at shop-floor level and can manage all warehouse disciplines and operations. On global level, and available within 24 hours.
