YPbase Europe B.V. (YPE) is the European subsidiary of Shanghai YangPu High-tech Innovation Service Center (YPHI).

Shanghai YangPu High-tech Innovation Service Center (YPHI), founded in year 1997, is a social-commonwealth service institution with the purpose of high-tech result transformation and cultivation of high-tech enterprise and entrepreneur. As the first and biggest high-tech incubation center, YPHI has incubated over 3000 SMEs (small and medium-size enterprises), and guided 5 companies to go public.

In year 2013, with the demand expanding, YPHI set up its branch of Europe in the Netherlands, which is YPBase Europe B.V. (YPE).

YPE’s major mission is: 1. Communicating & cooperating between YPHI and incubators in Europe. 2. As an overseas incubator, helping Chinese SMEs to invest and soft land in Netherland and other European area. 3. Organizing overseas exchange activities, exhibitions, innovation events and etc.
