Young Analytics was founded in 2016 and is a sister company of Young Financials (founded in 2005, secondment and recruitment company of national and international finance professionals).

At Young Analytics we get to work with Generation Data: a talent pool of highly educated young data professionals with the ambition to make companies future-proof through data innovation and transformation. We understand what Generation Data is looking for in a job and how this talent can be recruited, motivated and retained.

Our network consists of future-focused companies who are eager to meet Generation Data. Besides a challenging work environment, we also offer personal guidance, training opportunities, knowledge sharing sessions, and network events.

Direct employment by our clients (search and selection) is also part of our services. Our professionals come from the Netherlands and from other EU countries.
