YEP Ethiopia turns leadership development into lasting behavioural change. Our two-year program helps managers and emerging leaders become more effective with a proven, practical approach. Forget long lectures and heavy theory. Instead, participants engage in high-impact, interactive sessions, gamified learning, and hands-on practice through our AACSB-certified curriculum, designed to drive real and lasting change. We believe transformation truly sticks when it’s reinforced in the workplace. The total cost for the 2-year program is €3,500 (excluding VAT), or the equivalent amount in Ethiopian Birr based on the current exchange rate
