The energy transition stands at a critical juncture. One of the most significant challenges in this transition is the lack of skills within the renewable energy industry. This deficiency hampers the growth and sustainability of the sector, necessitating a multifaceted approach. This involves collaboration between governments, educational institutions, private sector stakeholders, and international organizations.

Established to support the skills gap in East Africa and in other Countries, the WTS Foundation focuses on providing Vocational Trainings and fostering knowledge sharing within the renewable energy sector.

Our initiatives are designed to empower individuals with the necessary skills to excel in this rapidly evolving industry. By leveraging our extensive network of experts and industry partners, we aim to build a robust foundation for sustainable development in the region.
