Women’s Initiatives Network (WIN) is a Netherlands-based nonprofit organization dedicated to gender equality and empowerment of women and girls in the Netherlands and in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Created in 2010, WIN is a vibrant and ever-growing network of women and men with a wide range array of expertise in numerous areas, especially in gender-sensitive programming and women’s economic empowerment as well as community/rural development and employment. WIN also benefits from the dedicated support of a number of volunteers interested in our cause.
