We provide provides tailor-made business consultancy and mentoring that co-creates jobs. Our goal is to co-create one million jobs for women in rural India. Since 2007, with our partners we have achieved a social impact of:

523,472 sustainable jobs co-created for women in rural India to date (data audited manually (as of March 31, 2026) 1,570,000 children provided with better access to education and nutrition. 71 Indian social enterprise partners and government institution partnerships (including Uttarakhand and Maharashtra).

Women on Wings provides tailor-made pro bono business consultancy and mentoring to these organizations. Through targeted, on-the-ground advice delivered by a professional network of Indian and Dutch experts.

We have been doing this for many years now.
