About WINext

WINext is a fast track towards learning and developing new value creating habits, capabilities and practices building focused and pragmatic ‘roadmaps’ for leading and growing your organisation, your business, your team into new ways of strategising, organising, leading and realising breakthroughs.

WHY • The tremendous socio-economic, geo-political and environmental challenges of today, have a big impact on organisations and at the same time create enormous new opportunities. • The framework in which you create value (for customers, stakeholders and society) and capture this value (for shareholders, employees and future investments) is changing continuously and fast. • Identifying your future growth path - moving to What Is Next- requires building new eco-systems and new ways of learning as an integral part of your organisation’s ‘experience’.

WHAT • WINext is an initiative of the Executive Learning Partnership / ELP Network, brought to life in cooperation with our partners and the co-founders of the different WINext-networks and executive tracks. • WINext brings executives from different backgrounds and different (non-competing) organisations together for a peer-to-peer action learning experience.

HOW Under the WINext-umbrella several networks and executive tracks are developed around Scaling Up, Healthcare, Connecting Business & Purpose.

Each WINext Executive Track consists of a series of structured steps: o Diagnosing the specific challenges of your organisation/your team in a holistic way. o Peer-to-peer action learning journey combining residential sessions and in company support, designed and guided by experienced business practitioners and subject matter experts. o Realising a concrete and pragmatic roadmap for change and renewal for each participating leader, executive team and organisation. o Support in bringing the roadmap to life in your own organisation. o Sharing of new insights within the network.
