Wilddogs started as a result of three challenging situations we often find in organizations with highly educated and trained people .

Team Enhancement : We are all constantly experiencing reorganizations in our businesses . Groups of different departments or companies are expected to form a team that performs from day one – well , that’s not always the case . Sometimes teams just needs that bit of quality time to get to understand each other better and to agree on specific areas to improve on .

Starting a sales conversation : WE have sales people who tell instead of sell – walking brochures , and that’s expensive . It’s not because people don’t know how to change this , there is just not the time for a Sales Manager to get to everything . Finding the time to develop a good start to a good sales conversation could possibly make the difference.

Product Management development : We have all the programs in the world to develop future Sales Managers . For Product Management we often think a MBA is the solution and then we wonder why some new Prod. Managers still struggle . Identifying potential future Product Managers in combination with a program where they can simplify an structure all of that knowledge so that they can be more effective might be a great solution.

Wilddogs.nl developed 3 training/development programs delivered through coaching and sharing . Participants use their own knowledge to find simple but effective solutions with immediate and usable skills, plans and improved results.
