WIE International Stichting is an independent non-profit foundation based in Amsterdam, working to advance transparency, accountability, and fairness for platform workers across Europe. We support workers in understanding how their data is used, challenge harmful algorithmic practices, and promote stronger digital rights in the gig economy.

Our work includes investigative research, policy engagement, and strategic collective actions to address unfair automated decision-making. This includes our current legal action in the Netherlands concerning Uber’s use of dynamic pay, where we seek to stop the present model and secure compensation for affected drivers.
