WhyThey

About WhyThey

We founded WhyThey because we saw too many promising SaaS companies stall—not from lack of vision or effort, but from a lack of clarity about who truly drives their business. So many teams were left guessing: Why did this deal close? Why did that customer churn? Why did a feature land with one segment, but miss with another? At the heart of every challenge was the same, unasked question: Why do our best customers do what they do?
