About What is Software Quality?

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I wrote a book about software quality with the title "What is Software Quality?". Why I wrote the book? Because I believe that software quality is so much more than mere testing and it so much more than processes and process compliance. Also, I believe that people working in the software industry, even when not educated in software, should have an understanding of software. Such, they understand why development teams make certain decisions.
