Providing clean and safe drinking water to the people of The Gambia. Clean water is essential, not only for the people, but also for their cattle. Moreover, it makes it possible to grow crops in this very dry area.
Clean and safe drinking water is necessary to increase the prosperity and self-reliance of the population. By prosperity we mean sufficient food, medical care and education. These are essential certainties as a basis for further development.
