Well Guidance is a Directional Drilling Services company based in the Netherlands, and is the culmination of the people and experience from three companies operating internationally from The Netherlands, over the past 30 years. This resulted in Well Guidance becoming the largest independently-owned Dutch Directional Drilling service provider, providing a broad range of advanced well-placement technologies to the global energy markets.

Well Guidance prides itself in bringing innovative and cost-effective solutions to our customers’ projects, which are in the main government entities, rig operators or energy suppliers that are actively involved within the Geothermal and Oil & Gas industries.

Our specialized downhole equipment has performed under a wide range of directional borehole conditions, and our team bring experience not only from the Netherlands but on many projects throughout the EU, and internationally.

Our management team have over 100 years of combined drilling experience.

Our field personnel have, on average; • over 25 years experience in the drilling industry (esp. Oil & Gas), • of which over 12 years is on average in Geothermal Drilling, • and over 5 years is in high temperature Geothermal Drilling projects.
