About WE program

WE helps companies operating in global supply chains improve working conditions and reduce abuse inside factories.

Our goal is simple: to make dignified work the global standard.

We partner with brands, suppliers, and factory teams who want to do better and need a practical way to turn that intention into real change on the ground.

Through long-term, human-centered work inside factories, our in-country facilitators engage everyone from workers to owners. We surface hidden risks, address root causes, support remedy, and strengthen the everyday conditions that make dignified work possible.

Our work is powered by OASIS, WE’s proprietary ethical impact measurement platform. OASIS turns anonymized worker experience into patterns, early warnings, action areas, and evidence over time, helping show what is changing, what is not, and whether improvements are holding.

Currently active across 8 countries and 100+ factories, WE reaches around 180,000 workers annually, delivers 450–500 dialogue sessions each year, and has captured 7,000+ stories in OASIS to guide action and track whether change holds over time.

Because dignified work is not aspirational, it can be built and sustained at scale.
