About WE organization

WE Organization connects people across cultures and transforms how society sees "the other."

Founded in 2015 in the Netherlands, we work at the intersection of storytelling, dialogue, and social inclusion — partnering with schools, universities, companies, NGOs, and governments to tackle xenophobia, challenge prejudice, and build genuine human connections. We believe the most powerful change happens when people speak with each other, not about each other.

WE ARE THE LABELS Every person carries a label they didn't choose. We create a safe and brave space where people become the authors of their own stories — going beyond the label to reveal the real human being behind it. Through storytelling sessions, live speeches, and co-creation workshops, we challenge stereotypes and build empathy from the inside out. Featured at TEDx and delivered across schools, companies, universities, and institutions throughout the Netherlands and beyond.

WE ARE THE ELDERLY Connection has no age limit. Through cultural exchange events, we bring Dutch elderly and newcomers together — sharing food, music, and stories. Simple moments that build lasting bridges.

WE ARE THE INFORMATION Knowledge is the foundation of inclusion. We deliver training, capacity building, and consultancy focused on: - Peacebuilding & conflict transformation - Active citizenship & youth participation - Storytelling for social impact - Diversity, inclusion & intercultural communication - Migration, integration & emancipation.

Tailor-made programs, co-creation sessions, and long-term trajectories — for municipalities, schools, NGOs, and companies.
