My name is Jasem Hadid and I am owner and founder of We Care Uitzendbureau , my specialist in human resources. When I came to Netherlands in 2015 and started to building new life and learn new language , then I specialized in studying the Dutch jobs market , and how to make real fusion -inburegeren - for the new refugees from Syria , and get new experience in same work with some Dutch businessmen , but it different situation for Syrian people , so I start to new think how to do it . I was able to gather a large number of Syrian clients, and I was able to get their confidence to get a job suitable for their specialty, or something close to their study. I now have 20,000 followers for my office and my Facebook page, and I also have 2000 person database from CV , that have a strong motivation to work. Now make cooperation with some municipalities and company's to give every person good job in this country
